Fashion, Art, and Culture Tour of Paris

April 7th – April 15th, 2026

Join artist and fashion historian Katlin Kirker on a guided tour of Paris through the eyes of art history and fashion starting from historical costume to present day couture.

Overview

You’ll experience a tour of six hand-picked museums, such as the Louvre, the d’Orsay, Petit Palais, Musée de Cluny, Palais Galliera…Paris’s fashion museum and the spectacular Galererie Dior where we’ll view and discuss everything from portrait paintings to couture.

Complete with a richly illustrated booklet / journal of every discovery we see as we make our way through Paris’s cultural treasure chest, explore with me a city of artisans.

Museums can be overwhelming. You will be guided as we view a specially curated selection of fashionable paintings, that will be in your guidebook for us to discuss and learn more about.

There are always new and interesting exhibitions happening every year in Paris. I will arrange and schedule times and tickets for us to attend. We will journey through an exciting itinerary with scheduled outings and events while allowing time to just relax or enjoy solo moments.

We’ll also explore some of Paris’s covered passages such as Galerie Vivienne. True hidden gems with their decorative glass roofs and elaborate Neoclassical, Art Nouveau and Art Deco decor. A unique place to shop for artisan gifts, enjoy a casual meal, and soak up the rich architectural, social, and cultural details. Experience a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower while sipping a coffee on the rooftop of Galleries La Fayette, Paris’s most spectacular high end art nouveau shopping center. We’ll take walks through the Marais, browsing fashionable boutiques while taking time to taste sumptuous delights in cafés and bakeries along the way experiencing some of Paris’s most delicious foods and wines. Stroll along rue Saint Honore in the 1st arrondissement gazing at the flamboyant window displays of high end fashion stores such as Hermès, Valentino, and Yves Saint Laurent.
Be wowed by a classical concert in the Gothic jewel box that is Saint Chapelle Cathedral, a truly magical experience. Gaze upon the beautiful, famous rose stained colored glass window at the newly renovated Notre Dame cathedral.

Dream with me, let me plan everything, and let’s go!
